Welcome to the
"Members MOTIVATING
Members" challenge - a challenge where
Day
1 members (that's you)
post challenges for other members to try something new.
The format is simple: come up with a challenge, post your
challenge and encourage others to take it up. Break down your
challenge and include the duration - The Day
1 Team will spice things up by sending out
Day
1 swag (tshirts, water
bottles etc.) to those early adopters of a challenge! Post pictures
of you and your swag for bonus Karma points!!!
Example:
10 Minute Yoga Challenge - I find great value in practicing daily
yoga poses, be it at gym or in my own family room, yoga helps me
relax while conditioning my body. I challenge you to find 10
MINUTES a day for 10 Days to practice Yoga! If you are not familiar
with Yoga, look it up on youtube or post any questions here and
I'll reply :)
