This an awesome core routine try it out and tell me what you think -Lying on your back lift shoulders just of ground enough to cause abs to contract, but dont round back when lifting shoulders hold to failure -grab a stability ball and place forearms on ball and feet extend behind for support. Perform 2 handed bicep curls until failure with enough weight to cause muscular failure at around 12 reps now take roughly 50% of that bicep curl weight and hold both elbows bent, and to your sides start rotating your wrists under control so the palms of your hand are facing the ceiling and then the backs of your hand face the ceiling. Feels like bursitis. But it is in both of them. No injuries. Just weird. Trying to do some physical therapy excersizes but with minimal results.

This exercise is for all those who may have desk jobs and are starting to notice that their heads are falling forward or shoulders are starting to curl towards each other.
